Declaration of confidentiality 

According to the terms of article 35 of the CRP (Constitution of the Portuguese Republic) and Law 67/98 of 26th October, the information gathered on visitors to the portal is not of a personal nature and, therefore, the confidentiality of the visitor's identity is guaranteed.

However users will be identified whenever illegal acts are committed inside the Portal, the respective code of practice is violated or when it is requested by a court of law.

The Portal's server undertakes to take all the necessary measures to avoid losses, wrongful use or alteration of the information received from citizens.

Should a visitor send a message to the Portal, their address shall not be registered nor disseminated unless requested by court of law.
